MedSpa Marketing Pricing: Pay Per Show
TERRITORY REVIEW
Check whether your service area is open
Tell us where you operate and which treatment you want to grow. We review active partnerships, fit, and booking capacity, then reply within one business day. Availability is not promised until confirmed in writing.
Digital Niche charges $100 per attended patient after a $500 setup and a $1000 activation credit applied against the first 10 attended-show fees. The clinic funds its Meta advertising directly, beginning at $100 per day. This page describes the agency’s published commercial terms; it does not promise a patient count, revenue amount, attendance rate, sales result, or return on advertising spend.
What the pay-per-show fee covers
The pay-per-show arrangement is built around the observable attendance event. Digital Niche supports the approved acquisition workflow: campaign setup, patient-facing landing-page path, human lead follow-up, appointment booking, deposit collection where the clinic uses it, confirmations, reminders, and show tracking. A “show” is a booked patient who physically attends the clinic appointment. The performance fee is not charged for clicks, raw leads, booked appointments, cancelled visits, or no-shows.
The clinic continues to control its service descriptions, advertising approval, calendar capacity, appointment deposits, patient experience, treatment suitability, clinical decision-making, packages, refunds, and revenue collection. Those responsibilities cannot be transferred to an agency by a pricing model.
Launch terms and activation credit
Launch includes a one-time $500 setup. The $1000 activation credit is applied dollar-for-dollar against the first 10 attended-patient fees. This makes the initial billing sequence visible: the clinic sees the qualifying attended appointments in its calendar and the credit is used before ongoing attendance-based fees begin. Meta advertising spend is separate and is paid by the clinic directly to Meta, from $100 each day.
Before a campaign starts, the clinic and Digital Niche should agree on the active service focus, approved offer language, service area, lead handoff, appointment capacity, deposit policy, confirmation process, and reporting definitions. Those preparation steps do not guarantee a result; they make it possible to operate the campaign and its billing definition clearly.
Growth Plan pricing for lower media budgets
Clinics that are not prepared to fund the published Meta minimum can ask about the month-to-month Growth Plan, priced from $997 to $1497 per month. The exact scope is confirmed in writing before work begins. It is not a substitute for a clinic’s own assessment of capacity, advertising spend, local competition, service economics, or front-desk readiness.
Cancellation and billing timing
Both published models are month-to-month with 14 days’ written notice to cancel and no cancellation penalty. Appointments booked before a cancellation notice but attended afterward remain qualifying attended shows under the agreed terms. The signed service agreement controls if any wording differs from this general page, including territory, scope, data handling, invoice timing, deposits, patient communication, and any campaign-specific terms.
How to evaluate the economics responsibly
A clinic should calculate its own actual first-visit collections, package collections, advertising spend, staff time, room and device capacity, deposits, cancellations, no-shows, and follow-up costs. Digital Niche uses the site-standard planning benchmark of ~$500 in first-visit revenue and $1,500–$3,000+ in potential patient lifetime value, but neither figure is a forecast. The real decision is whether the clinic can deliver a credible patient experience and manage the opportunity created by an attended appointment.
What happens before you agree to a campaign
Use the territory-review form to describe the city, state, business, and primary service. The team reviews existing local partnerships, overlap, capacity, and readiness before confirming anything in writing. Availability is not guaranteed by this page or a form submission. The appropriate next step is a transparent review of the clinic’s actual offer and operating process.
